This Army HIVE is open for visitors. An appointment system is in place so before your visit please email or phone the HIVE to book one. Please also ensure that ‘Hands, Face, Space’ is adhered to within the HIVE building and office to protect all visitors and staff. Alternatively our staff are available to answer your queries by email and telephone during the advertised office hours.

If you want to ensure that you receive the very latest information including official Army policy and guidance plus local insights, please contact the HIVE to be added to our distribution list for regular email updates. Amey has been experiencing IT issues over the festive period that have made it difficult for some SFA occupants to contact them. We do understand how inconvenient this issue is for Service Personnel and their families and apologise for this. Please be assured that Amey is working hard to resolve this issue.

There are still a number of ways to raise enquiries and Amey has confirmed that new Facebook pages are up and running, web forms can be used, and phonelines and email addresses are now fully operational. To help the team manage the backlog of calls we urge you to please only contact the Amey Customer Service Centre if your query is urgent.
